Alignment
Since all the power and energy comes to you from Source, the best thing you can do is to align yourself with Source. You are always connected to Source because you are a part of Source. You want to be aligned with Source as much as possible so you can express a life of joy every day. You align with Source through your emotions. Source is love, peace, and joy. If you can be aware of how you feel and guide your emotions to feel good, you will be in a receptive state for Source to express itself through you. That is the easy and the difficult part. If we are in the mental habit of focusing on the things that make us feel bad, we will not be aligned with Source. When we are not aligned with Source, we block the good from coming into our lives. If we allow any circumstances around us in our sensory world such as the news or our financial difficulties or anything else that makes us feel sad or angry, we are not in alignment. If that is your habitual thinking, then it can be difficult for you to align with Source. On the other hand, if you try to focus on the things that make you feel good, you can easily align with Source. You must decide that you want to be aligned, and you must form the habit of thinking better thoughts to feel good. We all have good things to think about that make us feel good. You could think about someone you love, or your pet or your plants You could think about beautiful things in nature that make you feel good. Just search your life and mind for things that you enjoy, and you will align with Source. If you think of a few more pleasant thoughts than unpleasant thoughts every day, your life will begin to change.
Gratitude
Wallace D Wattles, the author of ‘The Science of Getting Rich,’ said that the best way to align with Source is to make a mental adjustment by being grateful. When you are grateful for something, you feel the appreciation for that thing, and it causes you to feel good. What you focus on grows, so the more you are grateful, the more things you will attract into your life to feel grateful for. You can be grateful for the air you breathe or the water you drink, the food you eat, the place you live, your family, friends, having work to do, having income, your pets, and many other things. If you can be in the habit of feeling joy for everything that you appreciate in your life, you will be aligned with Source. Source will then express more of what you love in your life. You will gather momentum, and your life will get better. It is a simple thought process that always makes you feel good.
Meditation
When you take the time to meditate for a few minutes a day, you will be able to quiet your mind. You can then be open to Source energy. You become aligned with Source. Just 15 minutes of meditation is enough to calm your mind and eliminate the mental chatter from your mind. If you can develop the habit of meditating daily in the morning, you will be able to connect to Source and get a positive start to your day. There is so much information available about meditation these days. You might want to do some research on how to meditate. For me, I just sit in a place where it is quiet and where I won’t be disturbed. I relax my body and take some deep breaths. Then I just relax my mind with the intention of thinking of nothing. When thoughts come to me, I just let them pass. With some practice, you will get better at it. You will begin to enjoy your quiet time. You will feel refreshed and energized from meditation. You will receive health benefits from meditation. When you are calm and thought-free free you are more aware of Source. You can receive ideas and answers to your problems when you are free. With practice, you will be calm in your daily affairs.
Feel Good
What are the best moments in your life? What do you enjoy the most? What makes you feel good? Do you like to laugh? Do you enjoy what you do for a living? Do you enjoy hobbies? Do you love helping people? What truly brings you joy? You need to take time to think about the answers to these questions seriously to determine what gives you joy and makes you feel good. You need to spend more of your time doing the things that make you feel good and less time doing the things that you don’t. If you do that, you will enjoy a wonderful life. You deserve a great life. People around you will benefit when you are enjoying your life. You will make the world a better place. You will raise your frequency and attract better ideas, and you will feel better. For what are you living? You have a purpose. There is something you are here to do. You are also here to enjoy your life in the best way possible. You are connected to Source and when you get in alignment with Source, by enjoying your life and feeling good, Source will give you more to feel good about. You have talents and desires. When you pursue your talents and desire you feel good. When you feel good you will gravitate to things you enjoy, and you will express yourself. What really excites you and gives you juice? When you get into the habit of feeling good, you will want more of it. You will want to spend your time doing more of the things you love. Your time should be important to you. You deserve to enjoy your life. You are important to you. Treat yourself better. Enjoy your life.
